Job duties include:
• Answering the phone
• Calling our existing clients for payment reminders
• Calling to set up appointments for our sales team
• Explaining billing questions
• Making changes to existing policies
• Mailing out quotes and policies
• Support our sales team
There is no previous experience necessary for this entry level position.
However, previous experience in the insurance industry is great so please mention it when you apply for this position. (Especially if you already have an insurance license)
We are looking for candidates who are willing to get licensed by the CA Department of Insurance so you can eventually become a licensed insurance professional. (If you already have your license that is a great!)
Bilingual is a plus!
Training will be provided from the both the Agency owner and from the Customer Service Manager.
This position is a full-time position (Monday through Friday 40 hours a week).
Starting pay is going to be $11 to 14 an hour (Depending on previous experience and if already currently licensed or not).
